What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at National PACE Association?
Remote, Full-Time, Temp to Hire, 3 months
The National PACE Association is currently expanding its staff to support an increase in membership. NPA has an immediate opening for a temporary coordinator with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position. The coordinator will support the Quality and Compliance Department meetings and webinars with NPA members and internal/external parties. The Quality and Compliance department hosts numerous NPA member meetings, including committee, subcommittee, workgroup, and taskforce meetings, as well as internal and external meetings.
Position Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Quality and Compliance department
- Scheduling and supporting internal and external meetings, virtually and in-person (e.g., polling meeting participants for availability, setting up virtual meetings via MS Outlook and videoconferencing services such as Zoom, and monitoring the chat)
- Supporting meetings among NPA staff, NPA members, vendors, and external parties, including preparing and distributing meeting information, agendas and meeting materials
- Preparing correspondence (e.g., emails, memos, etc.)
- Participating in assigned meetings, events and training as required
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating department specific documents in SharePoint
- Performing other administrative duties assigned
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience and or training.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Effective time and work management skills.
Working Conditions
Flexible, fully remote work arrangement, including telework, offered. Small, fast paced team environment with moderate noise levels. Normal sitting and standing activities for an office environment. Use of phones and computers for extended periods of time. Utilize office equipment and communication technologies for conference calls and teleconference meetings/webinars.
