What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trail Building and Maintenance Instructors position at National Park College?
NPC Workforce Division is seeking qualified part-time instructors for the Outdoor Recreation Trail Building and Maintenance training program. These short-term courses will help students develop skills to construct and maintain modern, sustainable, multi-use, natural surface trails. Trail building and trail maintenance experience is required, as is experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Industry certifications (such as IMBA Trail Labs, Trail Skills Project, National Crosscut and Chainsaw Program, etc.) are preferred. Evening and weekend work may be required. Pay is commensurate with experience.
