Location: Tampa, Florida (9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inquiries and operational tasks related to ACH processing of payroll-related transactions using proprietary software.
- Navigate and utilize multiple in-house systems with technical aptitude.
- Provide logical solutions based on a comprehensive analysis of situations, considering various factors.
- Demonstrate flexibility in learning and performing duties across multiple departments as needed.
- Bring familiarity with ACH transactions, payroll processing, or banking operations, with preference given to those with Fed Wire or banking operations experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to think independently; not reliant on scripted responses.
- Technical aptitude to navigate proprietary software and learn new systems.
- Familiarity with ACH transactions, payroll processing, or banking operations.
- Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and adapt to different scenarios.
- Self-starter and motivated individual capable of handling a laid-back but busy work environment.
