NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of auto parts with some management experience.
This position is BONUS eligible.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer focused team.

Drive Sales for your location
Self-motivated and takes initiative

Lead and Motivate Counter Sales and Shipping Team
Manage Expenses
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Provide excellent customer service
Awareness of market trends in the automotive aftermarket, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Assure safety compliance with company requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry.
Must have one (1) plus years of management experience
Possess strong communication and leadership skills
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
