As an NPT intern, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the department you support. You will contribute to key projects and initiatives, actively engage in problem-solving and process improvement, and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Our program is designed to teach practical skills while providing meaningful professional development opportunities. You will regularly collaborate with department leaders and other professionals, building valuable connections and learning from their expertise. Interns may work in a variety of departments, including Operations, Accounting and Finance, Development, Marketing, and Communications.
Internship positions run from mid-May to mid-August.
- Execute assigned projects in support of department and company operations.
- Participate in department meetings.
- Partner with team members to problem solve and develop action plans for implementation.
- Additional ad-hoc research and project work as assigned.
- Contribute your fresh perspective and innovative ideas to support the team's success.
- Proactively contribute to the team by completing assigned tasks with reliability and accountability.
- Related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Non-Profit Management, Philanthropy, or other related degree program
- Interest in financial services, philanthropy, non-profit and charitable sectors
- Strong communication skills: Both written and verbal, able to convey information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
