National Pike Health Center is a community-based Outpatient Mental Health Center with offices in Catonsville, Dundalk, and Westminster, MD. We provide mental health therapy and a psychiatric rehabilitation program for all ages and groups. We have current openings for a Rehabilitation Specialist for minors in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) at our Dundalk and Westminster locations. We look forward to you joining our team!
Overview of Job Duties
Developing and assuring that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals served by the program; Providing oversight for the daily program of rehabilitation services by :
- Review and Process Completed Intakes and Assessments
- Completion and Maintenance of Individual Rehabilitation Plan
- Facilitation of Therapist Collaboration Meetings
- Process Discharges
- Counselor Supervisions
- Attend PRP Meetings.
- Completion of Weekly Report
