Summary of Description:
The General Manager has P&L responsibility for the assigned branch operations and management of branch personnel. Oversees the complete day to day operation of a branch and ensures the branch is working to optimize safety and quality measures. Works with state regional team to plan, develop and achieve business objectives to ensure growth is achieved, resources and assets are managed, and profit expectations are delivered. This position will be held responsible for team leadership, staff training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency and new business development.
