National Powersport Auctions is seeking a bright, talented, and outgoing individual with a strong work ethic to join our growing Customer Service Team. The position of International Call Center Representative consists of promoting and contacting dealers about upcoming monthly auctions, industry events, and various promotions. International representatives are responsible for generating new business opportunities, assisting with registration requirements, translating for Spanish-speaking customers, and working with international accounts.
We are non-scripted and thrive on building a friendly and professional relationship with all our clients. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Call clients to inform them about the company's products and services for both domestic and international clients
- Detailed entry of customer interaction
- Use our computer system to track and gather information
- Meet and exceed daily outbound call minimum
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
- Assist with in-person Spanish-speaking customers
- Handle communications between Spanish-speaking customers and all NPA departments
- Knowledge of domestic and international registration requirements
- Answering inbound support calls and online chat
- Generate new business for NPA including members, buyers, bidders, sellers, and more
- Assist with specialty call campaigns for all customer types
- Create and improve international processes with management
- Other miscellaneous office duties
Requirements:
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong proficiency of computers
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional work ethic and communication
- Able to collaborate as a team
- Strong verbal and written etiquette

Job Type: Full-time - Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
