Responsibilities:
The Title Administration Clerk is tasked with entering title data, processing vehicle titles, pursuing outstanding titles to ensure compliance, following set processes and procedures, meeting established performance targets, handling phone communications, mailing sensitive documents securely, processing payments for invoices, and authorizing the release of units.
Requirements:
- Passion for the Powersports Industry: Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles, ATVs, and related vehicles.
- Dealership Experience: Previous work experience in a powersports or automotive dealership environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to title and administrative tasks.
- Punctuality: Commitment to arriving on time according to the scheduled work hours.
- Professionalism: Always demonstrate courtesy and respect towards colleagues and customers.
- Adherence to Dress Code: Dress in accordance with our employee manual's guidelines, appropriate for administrative duties.
- Workspace Management: Maintain a clean and organized work area consistently.
