Job Description
The Sales and Operations Coordinator helps manage partner authorization across an omni-channel B2B sales program, including reseller and distributor sales enablement through systemic review of partner applications. This role relies on communication with leads and partners regarding NPIs partner policies on MAP compliance and reseller network policies to reduce counterfeit violations maintain brand value. The role will coordinate with Account Management and Marketing Teams to deliver brand assets, authorize partner sales, generate leads, and protect existing business. Skills across Microsoft Power platform including Excel, Forms, and Power Automate are required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Counterfeit and IP Reporting
- Speak to partners about intellectual property and work with our brand team to communicate, log and resolve marketplace copyright infringements
- Log and maintain repository for unauthorized market activity and counterfeit investigations
Policy Enforcement
- Own investigation of unauthorized resale of NPI brands across all 3rd party platforms
- Enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across all ecommerce platforms and web
- Coordinate monthly data aggregation of distributor sell-through reports and inventory reports
- Own process of dissemination of Unauthorized Partner List to distributors
- Review Direct Partner Authorizations against MAP compliance and partner requirements
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Present weekly reports of your findings (counterfeit reporting, test buys, etc.) in inter-department meetings
Operations
- Proactively seek out best practices to improve sales enablement and team program efficiency
- Manage lead generation pipelines to maintain distributor sales integrity through onboarding
Skills and Specifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Engaged and self-motivated time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and willingness to learn integration with other ticketing and customer information tracking systems
- Expert Spreadsheet analysis and Data Integrity you live and breathe lookups, references, pivots
- Patient and pragmatic personality for coordinating complex customer processes
- Decision-making, critical resolution and negotiation skills a plus; creative thinking a must
- Able to multi-task and self-prioritize duties
- Approaches solutions from a collaborative, efficient, and systematic manner
Education and Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce enabled omnichannel sales strategy required
- Sales or account management experience preferred
- Previously worked for an ISO Certified Company preferred
Hourly Range: $23.00 - $30.00
