Verasonics is hiring a full-time Sales Operations Coordinator based out of our office in Kirkland!

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing sales management support for the Associate Director of Sales Operations
- Generating and executing final quotations and agreements
- Ensuring quote terms and products can be met
- Following up on prospective business to provide accurate forecasts to Operations
- Uploading all relevant documentation for sales orders
- Following sales orders through the process from order to shipment
- Responding to customer requests for technical information, pricing, quotations, etc.
- Providing input to improve business systems to maximize sales success
- Providing input to colleagues for improving business processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinating with lawyer(s) to ensure that Research License Agreements and Product Quotations templates are accurate, up-to-date and accessible
- Assisting with all open-market tenders and similar sales processes
- Keeping leadership informed of key issues impacting project completion, budget, customer relationships or other results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent substitution of relevant years of experience
- 2 years’ experience in highly technical industry and direct customer experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
- Expert level in two or more of the following: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce or Google Analytics
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills
- Excellent business, customer service and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Hands-on, team-oriented, enthusiastic and committed to business goals
- Strong project management & problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to 5% both domestically and internationally
