National Property Management Associates Inc is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our residential apartment community. A Maintenance Associate is a thorough professional with a practical mind, attention to detail and a strong skill set in a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks. The goal is to maintain & upgrade units, grounds, and common areas in the best possible condition. Must have valid driver's license, have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Compensation package includes 25% rent discount for onsite apartment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare units for occupancy
- Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
- Ensure the property maintains a presentable outside appearance
- Perform daily trash pickup
- Assist in general maintenance work as requested
- Perform light checks
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance
- On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager
