- Develop and execute a plan to contact VA Prosthetic Departments via phone calls, in-person visits, and other communication methods to create and build relationships that lead to quote opportunities and revenue from VAMC’s
- Monitor quote opportunities and sales numbers to ensure high closing ratios at all VA locations, TPA’s and CIL’s onboard.
- Demonstrate project management skills for driving forward contract and onboarding initiatives, pulling together clear project outlines and updates.
- Document and summarize agreed commercial terms accurately and oversee the collection and storage of all required documentation in line with the team’s standard operating process.
- Serve as the central point of contact for Third-Party Administrators during the onboarding process and recurring contract cycles.
- Manages the relationship and performance of the TPA network through direct interaction with the service providers.
- Provides clear and concise feedback to underperforming network providers and coaches for improvement or uses conflict resolution techniques to correct discrepancies
- Oversee all service quality issues through regular interaction including service provider meetings, reviewing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure quality standards are met, and working with installers to resolve issues as they arise in the field.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments to enable National Ramp to cost-effectively manage governing agreements.
- Partner with internal and external groups to ensure seamless integration of contact and onboarding practices.
- Assist with collections on past due accounts, when required
- Minimum 5 years prior experience working with Third-Party Administrators
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally domestically
- Self-motivated, with a strong capacity to build relationships, strategize, win business, and impact company growth
- Microsoft Office and HubSpot (or related) software experience
- Computer savvy, personable, professional
- Experience working with Prosthetics Departments at the VA with existing, active relationships
