✅ Tech-Driven HR Mindset: Experience working in agile, digital-first environments, using AI-powered HR solutions, and driving workforce automation.
✅ Startup & Scale-Up Expertise: Proven ability to scale teams rapidly while maintaining culture and operational efficiency.
✅ Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDPR, financial regulations, employment laws, and cryptocurrency industry requirements.
