About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
✅ Experience: Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive HR role within the financial services sector.
✅ Finance Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of talent challenges in banking, investment management, fintech, or financial consulting.
✅ Leadership & Communication: Ability to collaborate with C-suite executives, drive organizational change, and build high-performing HR teams.
✅ Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and other financial regulations impacting HR functions.
✅ HR Systems & Analytics: Experience with HRIS platforms, compensation benchmarking, and predictive workforce analytics.
