Title: PHOTO PROCESSOR
FULL-TIME
$15 - $17 hour – Depending on experience

Our Image Processor holds NRS quality standards when it comes to photography. Each one of our images go through the Image Processor’s hands to be made available for marketing use.
This position is full time, on-site in Decatur, Texas.
Duties:
· Receive, process and upload photos from studio photographer
· Optimize image files for web and catalog maintaining NRS standards
· Photo correct photos using Adobe Photoshop and CaptureOne
· Assist the photography teams in completing daily workflows as needed.
· Maintain organization of Image Library
· Assist with organizing, planning, and executing photo shoots
Skills:
· Have a or currently working on an education in Photography, Retouching and Color theory, or a related field preferred
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for high-quality digital and print artwork, color accuracy, and production file preparation
· Familiar with CaptureOne or ability to learn
· Comfortably with independent and collaborative work.
· Knowledge of photography elements (focus, composition, exposure, etc.).
· Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Organization skills, ability to multi-task
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Experience in working in fast pace work environments with possible same day deadlines.
· Photography experience a plus (not guaranteed to be taking photos)
· Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience or Skills:
· Experience in or around any aspect of the western lifestyle and knowledge of various tack and western products.
