Regional Manager – Western Region (Phoenix, AZ)
National Sign Plazas, Inc. (NSP) is a national design/build firm specializing in the creation and design of unique signage systems within the homebuilder and civic communities. We plan, design, fabricate, and install wayfinding systems and branded marketing platforms that move people – to municipal points of interest in your city or to your residential development’s sales office. Today, we own the largest national footprint in the home builder signage industry.
Job Description:
We are seeking a self-directed leader with a growth mindset to take ownership of our Western Region. Based in Phoenix, AZ, the Regional Manager will oversee customers and projects across our Phoenix, AZ, and Denver, CO offices. This role requires multi-unit management experience, strong leadership skills, and financial oversight capabilities.
The Regional Manager must travel to Denver, CO at least once a month to ensure operational alignment, oversee teams, and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, operations management, and multi-location oversight. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential for streamlining operations, reporting, and overall business processes.
Our hands-on training will provide the necessary tools to understand each facet of the business, allowing the Regional Manager to think strategically and drive regional success. This leader must possess high emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills, energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion for business growth.
The Regional Manager is responsible for customer retention, financial health of the region, and team management across all divisions in the Western Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Accountable for the operational performance of each division.
- Multi-Unit Management: Ensure consistent operations and performance across multiple locations (Phoenix, AZ & Denver, CO).
- Process & Compliance Management: Implement and develop controls and procedures to ensure project flow, inventory controls, production timelines, warehouse standards, and safety protocols that align with company processes.
- Project Oversight: Manage construction, delivery, installation, mapping, permitting, and servicing of company products and services.
- Financial Management: Maintain billing, collections, and overall job costing to ensure financial performance.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuilders, government agencies, trade organizations, private entities, and civic organizations within the region.
- Team Development: Oversee hiring, training, management, and development of regional staff.
- ERP System Utilization: Leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Multi-Location Management: Ensure consistency and efficiency across the Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO offices.
- Travel: Mandatory travel to Denver, CO at least once a month, with additional travel as needed.
Work Location & Travel Requirements:
- Primary Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85282 (Required).
- Travel Requirement: At least once a month to Denver, CO for operational oversight, team management, and client engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $72,000 - $75,000
- Quarterly Bonus Incentive: $2,000 - $5,000

Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience (Required)
✅ ERP Experience: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar (Preferred)
✅ Leadership & Multi-Location Management: Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
✅ Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License required
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
✅ Relocation Requirement: Must relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85282 before starting work (Required)
