Assignment: NSC Facilities
Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager - Facilities & Events
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greets and assists user groups and spectators
· Demonstrates exceptional customer service by interacting with users and answering questions
· Communicates the facility needs through appropriate channels
· Supports the operations team with user needs and facility changeovers
· Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facilities
· Other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
· Anticipate working within a dynamic and physically demanding environment characterized by rapid pace
· May involve lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent outdoor shifts, and exposure to sizable crowds during events
· Requires extensive collaboration among team members where employees will work collectively to fulfill job duties and responsibilities
