  • Supervise, assist, and educate seasonal staff on day-to-day jobs
  • Assist in overseeing grounds maintenance operations throughout campus
  • Assist in the development of chemical and fertility plans for the golf course and fields
  • Responsible for all chemical applications on golf course and fields
  • Maintains chemical storage and mixing areas in compliance with county, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintains chemical inventory and records
  • Cleans, evaluates, calibrates, and prepares all spray application equipment
  • Assist in irrigation repair
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Manager of Agronomy & Grounds Operations, Golf Course Superintendent, and Superintendent of Fields & Grounds

  • Complete knowledge of chemical application equipment
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Possession of valid driver’s license
  • Must have pesticide applicator license
  • Must be dependable, willing to learn, and possess good leadership qualities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Campus Operations Department
