Job Description:
As the Business Development Manager at Premier Stoneworks, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by identifying new project opportunities, cultivating relationships with designers, architects, developers, and contractors, and expanding our presence across Hawaii. This role offers the chance to contribute to iconic projects that define the Hawaiian landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities in the stonework industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with designers, architects, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the Hawaii market.
- Identify and respond to RFPs and project bids, working closely with the estimating and project management teams.
- Represent Premier Stoneworks at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Hawaii’s construction sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction or stonework industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts in Hawaii is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with architectural design, construction processes, and stone materials is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
