Job Overview : As a Call Center Agent your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following :
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance, support and resolution for a great customer experience
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, insurance offered, set up rentals, reservations and quotes
- Escalate calls to EA's when needed if you cannot resolve the issue or ask for help in agent chat groups
- Work your scheduled shifts and a minimum of 37.5 hours a week
- Flexibility to move your schedule when needed to meet call volumes / ability to work any shift / any time
