Job Type:
Test & Balance Technician for the Commercial HVAC Industry to service Charlotte, North Carolina / Fort Mill, SC regional area with periodic national outreach.
National TAB (www.nationaltab.com) is a high-performance certified test, adjust, and balance (TAB) company. We perform HVAC balancing for our clients, large and small, throughout the United States. Our technicians perform the certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of specialized heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in new commercial retail, design build, and regional projects. We provide all necessary equipment, extensive training, and ongoing support to our technicians, enabling them to provide the high standard of test and balancing services our customers rely on. All new associates will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina or Fort Mill, SC area with the opportunity to travel the USA in a wide and varied number of settings. In addition, there is the opportunity for advancement in the Carolina's market and other metropolitan areas across the U.S.
Compensation:
National TAB has 5 technical levels that our technicians can grow within with each level providing a wide range of compensation. Starting compensation will be based on experience and/or educational background with a great opportunity for growth.

Qualifications:
Either 2 years of technical or service experience in the HVAC (MEP) industry or a 2 to 4-year technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, construction or physics-oriented curriculum.
Mechanical Engineering Technology degree (MET) or similar education is also encouraged to apply.
