Job Description:
The Operations Manager will manage overall operations, responsible for effective and successful labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. This role will ensure safe and efficient operations, enhancing operational procedures, systems, and principles.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.
This role requires excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields
