Job Description
The Customer Service Representative directly supports NTS customer service initiatives by communicating to customers throughout their experience with NTS. This position will call, email, and text customers regarding their experience with NTS’ different departments and reach out to customers as directed/requested to ensure NTS teams are delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Service & Parts Follow up Calls
- Annual/Routine Maintenance reminders calls/emails
- CSI Review & Processing
- Monitor S&P leads
- General Customer Support
- Conduct/Support communication initiatives for other departments
- Monitor RO Aging
- CRM Review
- Endorsee Calls
- Monitor KPIs & Reporting
- Repair Status Text & Updates
- CRM/Lead Review
- Audit RO/SO Execution
Competencies
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience with computers
- Excel, Word, Adobe, MS Office
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to confront and resolve difficult customer service situations
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Preferred two years of experience in a RV, auto or boat dealership
