Job Purpose:
- Be the solution to gym owners, managers and anyone with a commercial gym to provide prompt, attentive service in a timely manner to get back to their daily operations faster. Basically… we’re superman (or woman) here!

Job Duties:
- Job duties include: Customer service, dispatching techs, scheduling customers, Collections, lead management, follow-up, project management, administrative duties
- Exhibiting excellent customer service during the client’s time of need
- Providing training and problem solving techniques to the client
- Must be a problem solver
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be organized and detail oriented
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have a sincere desire to help people
- Must have dispatching or scheduling experience
- Motivation
- Goal-Orientated
- Detailed
- Basic knowledge of the fitness industry
- A coachable attitude and aggressive personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience. We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude.

- Have great attitude and a desire to learn
Compensation?:
- Don't even call unless you are an overachiever and can prove it.
- We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $45k with us; if you are a star, you can earn up to $50k or more.
