The Director of Inside Sales Operations will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our contact center operations. This includes leading a team of inside salespeople and appointment setters, ensuring sales and appointment-setting goals are achieved while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
- Train new and existing personnel on the latest strategies and techniques for lead management and sales conversion.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Identify and address client needs and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
