Our dynamic and growing outpatient vascular practice seeks a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice. You will manage office staff, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, and handle prior authorization management. Additionally, you will work closely with the Medical Director to optimize clinic throughput and report on daily workflow, ensuring that our clinic and procedures run on time and deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure that all appointments are efficiently organized.
- Oversee insurance verification and prior authorization processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to assess and improve clinic throughput and workflow.
- Monitor and report on daily operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure clinic procedures are conducted efficiently and on time, minimizing delays and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, acting as a resource and mentor.
- Handle any issues that arise promptly and professionally, maintaining a calm and effective approach in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
