Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Engagement Specialist to join our team - Pay per sale is $250-$280 per sale, avg expected baseline is 12 sales per week or 2.5 per day. . In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in D2D sales, with experience in territory management and a proven track record of success in both inside and outside sales environments. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel to eastern North Carolina and/or Southern Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass door to door to talk about Fiber Internet, gain new prospects/leads and sign up new members
- Canvass yourself several days a week to train staff and drive sales goals
· Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner· Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about selling
- Strong communication skills: you should enjoy working with other people and be willing and excited to speak with everyone
- Hard worker who will stay motivated to engage as many people as possible
- Knowledgeable in SPOTIO (Preferred, not required)
- Must be able to pass a background check
