Role Description
We are seeking a motivated, competitive and service driven hunter for a Sales Manager position to join our fast growing team of experts.
Responsibilities
- Locate, define and land new sales relationships
- Foster and grow current sales relationships
- Generate sales growth
- Sell from a prospecting perspective
- Track sales calls, sales data and communication
- Become product and service expert
- Attend and participate in local, regional and national trade shows
- Collaborate with sales and operations management team
- Operate from a service first mentality
- Work with corporate headquarters and travel to other NWS locations when needed
- Be present with customer base on jobsites when necessary
- Participate in sales meetings both virtually and physically
- Present continuing education units where applicable
- Attend industry trainings annually
- Up to 30% travel

Qualifications
- 2 years B2B selling experience with demonstrated success
- Prior experience in any of the following industries is a plus: construction, water, government, pumping, motors and controls, business, teaching, coaching, athletics, project management, leadership, development
- Experience thriving in a high paced sales environment
- Experience in large project management
- Proven success with consultative selling techniques
