Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive our mission of providing affordable auto insurance solutions to the high-risk non-standard auto market. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving strategic company growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing producers to achieve sales targets and company objectives. This requires setting goals, gaining commitment, persistent follow-up, organizational skills, ability to overcome objections, strong sales acumen, and critical thinking skills.
- Complete regular visits to physical locations throughout Southern California to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Effectively manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities and meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless interactions and provide feedback from producers to the management team.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities and manage producer information.
- Provide feedback on product offerings based on customer interactions and market analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, including a clear understanding of non-standard auto insurance practices and procedures.
- Current knowledge of and established relationships with non-standard independent agency owners and trade association organizations.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is an asset.
- Exceptional territory management abilities to optimize producer interactions.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build lasting relationships with producers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
