The Administrative Coordinator - Part time will work under the supervision Branch Manager.
Job Duties (may include, but not limited to)

The Administrative Coordinator - Part time will work under the supervision Branch Manager.
Job Duties (may include, but not limited to)
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms
- Take and relay phone messages
- Provide information to callers and visitors
- May manage supervisor's calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail
- Strong ability to provide assistance in all administrative functions throughout the organization. Strong ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- Special projects and other duties assigned
- High school diploma and two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office required.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, along with strong decision making skills.
