Job Summary:
We’re looking for extremely motivated, high-energy, people to join our inbound/outbound Customer Service Team. The primary role you play is answering inbound calls from prospects inquiring joining the health plan and answering calls from CMS testing the agents knowledge on Medicare Part C and D.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans by following approved script.
- Make outbound calls to members.
- Create leads for prospect that is not in the (CRM) and warm transfer members to designated departments for further assistance.
- Obtain approved agreement (Scope of Appointment) from prospective members verbally that want a home appointment by following approved script and documenting it in CRM system.
- Follow all Federal, State, and Client's policies & procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 years experience in a call center
