Job Summary : The Data Analyst, Quality Management plays a crucial role in managing and supporting all activities related to campaigns like data analytics, reporting, inventory management, and Program management. This position requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. The Data Analyst will participate in meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of issues and concerns and will be responsible for creating detailed quality reports. By analyzing quality concerns and data trends from ports, the role will provide actionable insights to improve vehicle quality. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality assurance within the automotive industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly port campaign status reports.
- Create vehicle inventory status reports as needed.
- Conduct new Model Year (MY) Port of Entry (POE) audits.
- Coordinate all port campaigns to minimize impact on vehicle wholesale.
- Administers budgeting and asset management.
- Performs inventory control and part distribution.
- Oversee quality assurance management.
