Essential Functions:
- Oversees the daily operations of the Administrative Assistant staff including: human resource functions, mentoring and training, performance evaluations, formulating and implementing departmental policies, and assigning new or additional responsibilities.
- Collaborates across boundaries to improve communication and operations of the department.
- Manages and/or delegates multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful completion.
- Creates and maintains various schedules including: administrative staff, medical professionals, clinical, and department responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.
- Business-related or professional development coursework, preferred.

- Three years administrative experience, required.
- Two years of office management or supervisory experience, preferred.
