Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Service Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care and support to individuals in need, focusing on medication administration, behavior management, and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals requiring long-term care

- Deliver home care services including meal preparation and household tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct service provision or related field is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of long-term care principles and best practices is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
