- Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed while ensuring their safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing care.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages independence and dignity for all clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred.
