You are a meticulous and detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. With 3 years of accounting experience, you have a solid foundation in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reconciliation. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like NetSuite give you a competitive edge in managing complex data and identifying key insights. What You'll Do
- Financial Management : Oversee and process accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring all invoices and payments are accurate and timely.
- Bank Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Member / Retailer Invoicing : Prepare and execute monthly invoice uploads for members and retailers, ensuring seamless integration into NetSuite.
- AdRocket Invoicing : Manage and complete monthly AdRocket Base and Boost invoicing with precision and efficiency.
- Analysis & Reporting : Conduct account research and variance analysis, providing actionable insights and contributing to financial strategy.
- Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and readiness with all documentation.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity, adhering to best practices for data protection.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving workflows, ensuring consistent quality in financial operations.
- Ad Hoc Tasks : Tackle additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the broader goals of the organization.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time.
