As an Account Coordinator…
You will be the enthusiastic voice who will assist our inside and outside sales representatives, and their corresponding sleep apnea referral partners. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, problem-solving, customer service extraordinaire.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Job Location: Calabasas, CA (In-Office)
What You’ll Do:
Act as the liaison between patients and referral partners; referral partners and sales reps; other internal departments, if necessary
Conduct frequent calls and emails with referral sources to ensure receipt of medical records and patient information needed for intake file completion
Maintain positive relationship and secure dedication in our follow-up care program with referral partners
Assist referral sources with order management and processing for new accounts through systems database
Manage multiple computer databases for documenting patient/referral information
Deliver timely and accurate information to referral partners via phone, email, and/or reporting
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Provide high level customer service in a fun and competitive environment
Other duties as assigned
How You’ll Stand Out:
Strong customer-service oriented phone presence
Excellent written communication skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting issues with a high sense of urgency
Proficiency with a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Healthcare/DME experience helpful, but not required
Knowledge of Brightree is a plus!
High school graduate or GED required
Compensation: $22.00-$25.00/hour
