Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Job Location: Calabasas, CA (In-Office)
What You’ll Do:
Direct incoming calls, voicemails, route after-hours calls and emails from patients, vendors, etc., and respond when able, ensuring customer satisfaction with expediency
Respond to incoming calls regarding patient issues, including but not limited to, resolve customer complaints, assisting patients with tracking shipments, send out supplies upon patient request, verify account information, assist patients with status of their medical records, assist in resolving technical issues
Assist patients through patient app, email and/or website chat, real time during business hours
Respond to patient survey responses to resolve patient issues
Review and respond to patient customer service voicemail queues
Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced environment
Other duties as assigned
How You’ll Stand Out:
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients
Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills required
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including follow-up
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
High school graduate or GED required
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00/hour
