The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our clients across all markets, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth.
Requirements
- Contact potential customers via cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up on inbound leads.
- Process clients orders.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, leveraging CRM platforms and industry tools to build a strong pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and upselling additional products or services.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is optimized.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative in manufacturing or distribution.
