Drive CustomerCentric Solutions : Understand customer requirements in depth and recommend tailored product solutions and drive sales.

Lead Technical Support Across the Sales Cycle : Act as the primary technical advisor providing expert support and guidance to help customers.

Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations : Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the unique value functionality and competitive advantages of our solutions.

Pursue New Growth Opportunities : Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to proactively identify pursue and capture new business opportunities.

Build Lasting Customer Relationships : Foster and maintain strong customer relationships that boost satisfaction increase loyalty and drive repeat business.

Influence Sales Strategies and Contracts : Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies offering technical insights to inform pricing models and support contract negotiations that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field.

Ideally 2 years of experience in a technical sales role preferably as a Sales Engineer.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

Proven experience in presenting technical products and resolving customer technical questions.

Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Problemsolving and analytical abilities with a focus on identifying and meeting customer needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Experience with CRM and sales management tools.
