1. Business Development & Relationship Management
An Agency Partner will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key advertising agencies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring agencies effectively utilize our solutions. You will act as a strategic consultant, helping agencies scale their clients’ performance on Meta platforms while aligning with our business objectives.
Role and Responsibility:
1. Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify opportunities to enhance agencies' media planning and buying strategies on Meta platforms.
- Drive adoption of Meta's ad solutions among agency partners to maximize client ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations to agencies.
- Monitor agency performance, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill agency teams on Meta's latest products, tools, and best practices.
- Serve as a thought leader, providing guidance on industry trends and evolving digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure agencies receive the best support.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and policy changes to guide agency partners effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or agency management.
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms, digital media planning, and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience working with media agencies or in a sales/partnership role is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple agency relationships and projects simultaneously.
