Responsibilities:
- Serve as an industry thought leader to drive client success leveraging Meta’s ongoing product and technology developments.
- Develop and actively manage short and long-term business development plans.
- Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
- Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, including understanding and identifying contacts that influence the company.
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals.
- Partner with other teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach.
- Methodical coordination & communication across the various entities (Meta, agency, direct client teams)
- Strategize towards maintaining and expanding the book of business through optimized Meta first solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Direct Response, Consultancy or Online Advertising experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with top marketing decision makers.
- Strong analytical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner.
- Proven ability to turn strategic opportunities into plans and rigorously execute.
- Strong ability to explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment.
- Should be an individual contributor and a self-motivated person.
