What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farmers Market Vendor: BRFM position at Native Bread?
As a Farmer's Market Vendor for Native Bread, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as learning about our products to answer customers' questions. The farmer's markets are super fun and are a great way to connect with our customer base!
We are looking for coverage for the Broad Ripple Winter Farmer's Market every 2nd and 4th Saturday. This market begins on Saturday, November 9th and ends on Saturday, April 26th. The market hours are 9 am-12:00 pm.
You will need to arrive at our kitchen by 7:45 am to load up all the products and supplies for the market. You need to arrive at the market by 8:30 am to have everything set up in time for when the market opens to the public at 9 am.
REQUIREMENTS:
- excellent customer service skills
- a form of reliable transportation that's large enough to fit all of our products and market supplies
- You must be available every Saturday for the market season.
- You must be comfortable handling cash payments and using Square POS.
Job Type: Part-time
