What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Project Manager - Southeast Region position at Native Energy & Technology INC?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager shall be responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of projects and for planning, scheduling, assigning, and documenting preventative maintenance schedules. The manager shall also prioritize shifts and staff resources to meet service call requirements.
- Quality control surveillance
- The employee will communicate directly with the COR and shall perform the following activities :
- Have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on a day-to-day basis for routine matters at the work site.
- Direct the workforce and the work to be performed under this contract on behalf of the Contractor.
- Be the point of contact for receipt of all contract-related correspondence from the Contractor.
- Be onsite and available to deal with the day-to-day operation of the contract.
- Hands on any task, as needed to meet commitments.
- Service dispatch
- Emergency / critical system responder
- Maintain preventative maintenance software
