Project Manager

Native Landscapes is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager for our expanding landscape construction company. Native Landscapes is a full-service construction and maintenance landscape business servicing the high-end residential market of Sun Valley/Ketchum, Idaho. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the candidate may be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the landscape construction process:

• Landscape Construction - Hardscape, Irrigation Systems, & Planting
• Equipment Mobilization
• Material Procurement & Logistics
• Reading and Interpreting Landscape Plans
• Crew Supervision
• Crew Scheduling
• Project Cost Management
• Project Take-offs, Estimating and Budgeting
• Client Relationships

Skill Requirements:

• Self motivated, detail oriented, organized with the ability to follow direction
• Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Email)
• Equipment Operation (Truck, Trailer, Loader, Trackhoe)
• Ability to acquire a Class A commercial driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
