Your Opportunity:
We are looking to add a goal-oriented and experienced Inside Sales Manager who is organized, hardworking, disciplined, energetic, and has the capability to lead a team to meet (or exceed!) sales targets while exceeding customer expectations.
Our Inside Sales Manager will oversee and support our inside sales representatives team. Our ideal candidate has several years of sales and call center experience. Management and coaching will be a big part of this role, so we need someone who loves working with people and helping them succeed. To be successful in this role, you should be able to communicate effectively with inside sales employees and potential customers as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of 8 inside sales representatives
- Developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for our inside sales team and helping the team surpass these goals
- Planning and leading inside sales department meetings and trainings
- Developing and measuring team performance with key performance indicators
- Managing a high volume of calls, emails, text messages and voicemails
- Managing a high volume of inbound leads, tracking individual rep closing rates, follow-ups and average tickets
- Confidently explaining the benefits of our services to close the sale
- Building and training an outbound call team
- Monitoring personnel performance, attendance, quality and quantity of work
- Staying current on competitor service offerings and industry trends
- Preparing monthly inside sales reports for our executive leadership team
- Field inbound calls and serve as backup for escalations or times of high call volume
Requirements:
- Inside sales management experience or outside sales management experience
- 3 year of sales experience
- Experience leading with metrics from CRM applications to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
- Proficiency with Google Suite including, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
