Position Summary :

The Account Manager - Customer Service role is vital to our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our customers receive top-tier support and assistance. In this role, you will handle client inquiries via email and phone, manage accounts, provide timely and accurate information, and coordinate with the team to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, responding to emails and phone inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage and update client information, orders, and travel bookings using our CRM and booking platforms.
  • Assist customers with any issues or inquiries related to their travel plans, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide relevant information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and send personalized travel proposals, itineraries, and confirmations.
  • Provide feedback on customer insights to help improve our services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally on the phone and via email.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing responsibilities as needed.
