Job Title: Capital Equipment Administrator

The Capital Equipment Administrator will undertake support tasks including customer service, quote and order processing and shop floor support. The Capital Equipment Administrator will provide quotes to customers under the direction of the Capital Equipment Sales Director and create order entry for the manufacturing group and provide the build routers with all ordered specifications to the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Tablet Press and Encapsulation Machine Sales and operations through quoting, order processing and job creation
- Organize and manage the shipment of the tablet presses once completed.
- Track Tablet Press Installment Payments as outlined on the Tablet Press Quote.
- Create quotations and process sales orders in the Syspro ERP system
- Support Customer Service, Sales, and Manufacturing by providing necessary documentation and managing accounts as necessary
- Attend weekly meetings and provide status of orders and customer payments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Syspro or ERP systems experience preferred
