Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing quota requests and orders. They will also be responsible for working with all sales reps and technicians to quote, process, organize and follow up with all sales technical visits and sales visits. They will communicate between manufacturing and headquarters, providing production and sales details. This includes but not limited to: open sales and shipping communication to customers on any issues with orders in production, organizing meetings, provide on and off site trainings for both customers and employees, and communicating with Sales and Production to assist with the sales and closing of open quotes. This position requires an encapsulation background to assist with over the phone trouble shooting and customer guidance in parts and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Executing quotes and Work Orders to completion, assisting with quote follow ups and sales to close.
* Communication with customers on all encapsulation requests and issues, selling the experience through all opportunities.
* Daily manufacturing meetings to review open orders.
* Capturing viable data that pertains to encapsulation.
* Working with Sales and Technicians to assist with quotes and quote closures.
* Work with Manufacturing on all quotes and open sales.
* Working with Marketing on all encapsulation advertising.
Qualification and Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Patient, clear and concise, listening & communication skills (interdepartmental, outside vendors, suppliers and customers)
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
US and overseas travel may be required
Experience:
Previous troubleshooting and servicing of industrial equipment with a basic working mechanical knowledge
